Ohh! Creme Brulee is my fave dessert. The first time I made it myself was a few years ago. When I lit the torch to give it the final touch...oh, the power!!! And my dinner guests were very impressed.I didn't want to let the cat outta the bag about how easy it really is to make.
It's not especially novel (however, initially I thought 'how new, how novel'), but I'm taking on a new challenge this year--Project 365. Follow along as I attempt to document and preserve a single moment of our life each day in 2009. I use two different cameras: a Canon Rebel XT with a Canon EF 28-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS lens with a pop-up flash (commonly known as the "ugly maker")that will I never use(Never.Ever.), and a Canon Powershot SD850 IS ELPH that miraculously works after the boys have solidly dropped it a good half-dozen times. For some reason the posted picture is much sharper if you click on it and view it in large form.
Two words back...my favorite.
ReplyDeleteBrilliant.
