Our neighbors have this in their very sweet English-inspired garden. They have perfectly imperfect flagstones grouted with lush moss, bunches of charmingly unruly sedum peeking out between layers and layers of pale, thin limestones, a quietly bubbling fountain lined with smooth, dark pebbles in the corner, and a dwarf pear tree majestically guarding the itty bitty courtyard. Receiving bowls of ripe, juicy strawberries aside, it's one of Jack's favorite places to visit.
